Delivery areas

We deliver to all 27 EU member states. We ship from Spain within the EU single market, meaning no customs duties or import taxes apply.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping: €5.95. Free on orders over €50. Express shipping (where available): €12.95.

Delivery times

Spain: 1-2 business days. Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal: 2-4 business days. Rest of EU: 3-5 business days. Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are dispatched the same day.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. The outer box contains no indication of the contents. Return address shows company name only.

Tracking

All shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
